tamilnadu chennai trafic police

Dear sir,
  

             I am arun in salem  1-12-2011 yesterday i am going to chennai appolo main hospital by car at 1.00pm, there is no parking i am going 1/2 km i am not see the no parking board, because long front of the board,      trafic zeep police is mike announced the police .i am  slowly running police zeep was overtaking stopped my car. he is calling me i am went  asked why stopped my car he said NO parking area, give 100 ruppes or case booking 500  i told i am  completed police administration he said  give RS 100. so many arguement. he is collected RS 100  pls issue that police man activites
