corruption in LPG cylinders

DEARSir,I am residing at N.S.K.nagar,20th street,Arumbakkam,Chennai-600106.IN my street,one person named Rajendran,at door no:373,doing illegal cylinder business for years.He buying cylinder from LPG distributers' delivery man for Rs.500&selling it for Rs.900/ to Tea shops,small restaurents and also gas needing peaple.He buying cylinder from BharathGas&IndianOil distributer delivery boys.Thus he is selling atleast 10 cylinders per day.Always he keeping cylinders in stock inhis house.This is a most illegal business.Please send this corruption matter to the corncerned offficers to prevent &stop this.Please do not reveal my name and adress.Thanking you,Ramavisvanathan.
