Subject: Overcharging for top up cards

I am residing in madhuravoyal,chennai. Here all the recharge shops are charging extra money for top up. They charge 2 rupees for e-recharge and 1 rupee for cards. I think these kind of things happens in most part of the city. Report this to the concerned department.

    Other than BSNL,most of the private cell phone service providers are debiting more money while recharging. I don’t know whatTRAI regulation says
