Pls support and help me on taking appropriate action against a corrupted concern

Please read the petition and take appropriate action please, kindly keep my name confidential.


Guide me a correct path and suggest me a good advocate in chennai to proceed against the concern. (Already 4 advocates have wrongly guided me to delay the action).

Sub : Need all of your kind attention and perusal for an appropriate action against M/s HCL Technologies Ltd and nine of their staffs addressed below regarding their illegal termination of service and non payment of back wages from 6th aug 2009 and nine of their staffs highhanded,misbehaved actions against me (differently abled person)

  1. Iam Mathioli N an Engineer with MBA, Differently Abled person, having 15 years of industrial experience , Joined HCL concern on 12th aug 2004. Served  HCL for the past five years with hardworking and full dedication.

 

  1. HCL Human resources department have appreciated my service by their email and offered with silver club membership thru Xtra miles 2000 reward Certificate on 6th aug 2009.

 

  1. But to my great surprise and shock, while on duty on 6th aug 2009, I have been virtually thrown out from the company and alleged that I have been terminated from service with effect from 6th aug 2009 without any reason and any notice period and any order.

 

  1. Under instruction and order from vijayakumar rangaraju,DGM,HR, their security guards and Staffs behaved unwantedly and highhanded manner. They have not allowed me to enter inside. They have ridiculed my Differently abled nature .

 

  1. Due to that I have been hospitalized for 8 days and registered a police complaint in nearby police station but enquiries is pending. Attached CSR and Medical Certificate for your kind reference.

 

  1. Nearly a year since from Aug 10, 2009 to till date , the enquiry is pending against the compliant filed against HCL and nine of their staffs at T2 police station Ambattur industrial estate in chennai, Tamilnadu. This is due to the High illegal influence of HCL staff Vijayakumar rangaraj and others mentioned above.

 

  1. Due to which we have submitted a request dt 18/05/2010 directly to The Commissioner of police Chennai suburb and the compliant is forwarded to The Assistant Commissioner of police for necessary action on the same day but enquiry and action is pending due to the High illegal influence of HCL staff Vijayakumar rangaraj and others mentioned above.

 

  1. We have met The Assistant Commisioner of ploice on 03/06/2010 for an immediate action against the compliant and given enough details. The Necessary documents have been submitted through Courier on 08/06/2010 to The Assistant Commissioner of police on request with copy to The Commissioner of police but action is pending.
  2. Hence we have filed a request once again dt 01/07/2010 directly to The Commissioner of police Chennai suburb and the compliant is forwarded with reminder to The Assistant Commissioner of police for necessary action on the same day but enquiry and action is pending due to the High illegal influence of HCL staff Vijayakumar rangaraj and others mentioned above.

 

  1. We have requested action against the compliant third time on 16/07/2010 through

The Commissioner of police Chennai suburb and the compliant is forwarded with second reminder to The Assistant Commissioner of police for necessary action on 19/07/2010 but enquiry and action is pending due to the High illegal influence of HCL staff Vijayakumar rangaraj and others mentioned above.

 

  1. Since then due to threats and high illegal influence from Vijayakumar rangaraj, the actions for my petitions were pending till now.

 

  1. As per their  Form 16 dt 28/04/2010, They have cheated my salary of about one lakh rupees and income tax cheating of about seventeen thousand rupees.


  1. Again on 9th aug 2011 a request letter has been sent by RPAD to The Honorable Tamilnadu CM and Chennai Suburban Commisionerate for necessary action. Also on 27th aug 2011 another request letter has been sent by professional Courier to The Honorable Tamilnadu CM and Chennai Commisionerate for necessary action.

 

  1. vijayakumar rangaraju DGM,HR and HCL Technologies ltd., and nine of their staffs mentioned above are responsible for all damages and anything happens to me, Kindly take immediate action against them on the complaint submitted at T2 police station , ambattur industrial estate, Chennai.

 

 Please help for My Prayers  by appropriate action as per Law

 

  1. Please Instruct HCL to avoid such illegal circumstances in future, and initiate appropriate action against HCL as per applicable law for their illegal termination and I have been suffering physically and mentally due to their illegal behaviour.

 

  1. Please Instruct to File FIR for the complaint registered on 10/08/2009 with CSR 116/09 and take severe action as per Law.

(All complaints written in Tamil have been sent through registered post on 26/07/2010 to The Honourable TN CM , The DGP and The Commissioner of police Chennai suburb for necessary action)

 

  1. Please Instruct HCL to take appropriate action against vijayakumar rangaraju and nine of their staffs mentioned above for their illegal action and unwanted and highhanded behaviour as per law. They are not allowing me to join any other company due to their high illegal influence since from their illegal termination dt 6th aug 2009.

 

  1. Kindly initiate immediate action against HCL for recovery of my back wages since from aug 2009 and Re instate of my employment as I have not done any unlawful acts.  I have not been paid salary for the past twenty four months and my entire family is struggling for survival. As per their  Form 16 dt 28/04/2010, They have cheated my salary of about one lakh rupees and income tax cheating of about seventeen thousand rupees.

As Per principle law of justice. I need justice for survival with all of your valuable help and I will submit all relevant documents required for rendering justice at the earliest.
